01 / ARCHITECTURAL & OPERATIONAL CONCEPT

Inside the space,
the details take shape.

Proposed concept developed from the project scope

A refined indoor promenade connects the robotics gallery, cafés, stores and visitor center. Transparent frontages and defined demonstration zones provide a clear view of products, with wide circulation and parallel human service. Robots demonstrate reception, wayfinding and order preparation while back-of-house operations remain separate from visitors.

01

Stone, timber and glass with restrained gold detailing

02

Deep display frontages and clearly defined experience areas

03

Varied seating and accessible circulation

THE DESIGN LANGUAGE

Commerce & Visitor Services

The image proposes a relationship between work areas, circulation and service. Zones and materials can evolve; it does not establish engineering dimensions or approved final equipment.

04 / ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIOS

How does the concept work in practice?

SCENARIO 01

A visitor explores a reception robot

A visitor views an introduction and tries a short wayfinding scenario. The supervisor explains capabilities and remaining development needs.

Intended outcome

Realistic product understanding and actionable development feedback.

SCENARIO 02

A company explores a service solution

A company representative chooses a use case, sees a demonstration and records operational needs for follow-up when partnership intake is enabled.

Intended outcome

A documented need that can be assessed before an offer.

05 / PEOPLE, DELIVERABLES & READINESS
