Tamkeen AI City is a Saudi vision for a city that brings advanced research, intelligent manufacturing and human talent together. It is founded on the belief that knowledge gains value when it becomes capability, and technology fulfils its purpose when it enriches human life.
The city concept brings the needs of robots and intelligent technologies into one connected ecosystem: research and component design lead to manufacturing and programming, then testing and simulation, followed by operations, maintenance and rehabilitation. Digital identity and technical records support traceability and trust throughout the device lifecycle.
The concept combines a manufacturing complex, research centers, a scientific college, an engineering hospital for robots, and facilities for command, control and services. Together, these components give researchers, engineers and developers a clearer path from idea to prototype and from prototype to application.
Tamkeen is intended for ambitious minds, technology and manufacturing companies, robot operators, and organizations using AI solutions. Its ambition is to advance applied knowledge, develop national talent, and create products and services grounded in the needs of people, work and society.
